There are 2 forms of activity to increase your metabolism: -
Aerobic – Cycling; Fast Walking; Jogging
Resistance Strength or Toning – Small weights or your own body
Below we have listed some favourites to get you started:-
Walking – Still by far the easiest way to get you moving, building up pace gradually. Perfect to use your Weight Loss Detox Pedometer. Aim for 10,000 steps per day
Swimming - Beneficial for everybody, especially those suffering from painful joints
Dancing – Which can take many forms, ie. line-dancing, ballroom and of course pole dancing, but you better check that out with your doctor first!
Pilates / Yoga – Excellent for building up core strength and once again you can start off gently, building up pace
Rebounder / Skipping – Superb for increasing lymphatic drainage of toxins
